I am currently working on a mountain themed park. So far I have completed 5 themed mountains:
Rocky mountains, Miner's mountains, Alpine mountains, Jungle mountains, Sunken (underwater) mountains and volcano.
Sadly, I haven't figured out how to post rct3 pictures on the forums that aren't already on the internet so I cannot post pictures yet.
I am wondering what direction I should head in for my next and final mountain (Asia, sci-fi, etc...). Also, currently each mountain has only one ride: an awesome coaster themed to it's mountain. Should I add stationary rides and stalls to each mountain?

There's no way anyone is going to be able to help you with out actually showing what you've done.
EDIT: Sorry, missed that part. What he said \/ :)

^He said he doesn't know how.
The first thing to do is get a photobucket account http://photobucket.com/
Then use microsoft paint or another image editing program (I use GIMP which you can download for free using the internet) to change your screenshots found in your my documents/my pictures/ RCT3 folder from .png's to .jpg's. (So they load faster.) I usually save the pictures I've converted to jpegs in a different folder for easy access.
Now go to photobucket, go to your album, and upload your pictures. Make sure you use photobucket to change the size of your pictues down to 800X600 or smaller. Then below each picture you upload, find where it gives you picturelink and copy and paste that to your post. If you didn't change the size of the pictures using photobucket, replace the [img] tags with [shot] tags. The pictures will show up when you click preview post. Submit once you're happy with what you're posting.

I use www.imageshack.us to host images. It's quick, 99.7% reliable, and it will auto-resize your pics for you for the 800x600 size limit. Then just copy the [img] tag code they give you, and paste away.
But please, do edit your photos so that they are JPG's. Even on a high-speed connection, PNG's and BMP's take a LONG time to load. Your upload time will be faster, and our load time will be faster. It's a win-win situation.

You guys forgot to tell him how to take screenshots... :P
Name a peep david walsh and then press crtl + u at the same time it will remove the interface. Press it again to get it back. While the buttons are gone thought you can press F10 to take images. If you didnt know that already. Hope you can get the images.
Edit: if you upload images to photobucket you dont have to change them to jpgs before upload. It does that automatically...

Doesn't Photobucket automatically convert to JPEG format though?

Wow, honestly I wasn't expecting much from you when you said you didn't know how to post pictures, but you've proved me wrong. I love the way you fit snow into the gaps in the rocks; that's very creative.
The Alpine theme is by far the best, followed by the Rocky Mountain Theme.
The Miner's Mountain theme looks a little awkward, the rock formation is weird.
The Jungle Theme looks nice except for that huge rock tower, it looks unnatural.
All of your mountains would look better if you varied your rocks a little more. Try downloading Shyguy's Rocks, those rocks look very natural. You can mix them in with the rocks you already have. Be sure to use a couple of colors of Shguy's Rocks, as well as several different shapes.
The person above me also has a good point, if you can have actual land on parts of the mountains, it would make it look more natural, because most mountains aren't nothing but rocks. Especially where the trees are, trees don't normally grow on rocks, so try putting grass land below them.
EDIT:
Volcano Theme looks very cool also, except like I've said, those rocks look very monotonous. I love the lava though.
Excellent work so far, and I look forward to seeing more!

You need the tags inside the [ ] brackets, not the < > brackets.
Also, you can edit your thread title by editing the first post in this thread.

Blah! Those rocks are making me sick!
To make them looks better, ROTATE THEM!!!
If you don't they looks like meatballs. :nono:

your second set of pictures look better than the first.. As a few others have said so far.. rotate the rocks so they aren't repetitive and monotonous, also... use terraforming first then add the rocks to that for more natural look. It takes some getting used to but looks 10x better when you learn to do it well.
A lot of people do great things with Shyguy's rocks but for a beginner they aren't the best to start with. They take some getting used to. There's an excellent tutorial for them though, forgot who made that.
Take a look at some other parks on here that have been around awhile for some techniques, it will help a lot.

The inside volcano looks nice. I still think you should at least use some of shyguy's rocks to break up the meatball pile. I also like the mist in the waterfall picture and they way it engulfs the track. I hope we get POVs for the roller coasters!

Even with the set you're using for rocks, there's a variety of rocks. Try sticking them in random places on your mountains to get a better effect. Oh, and of course, the "Z" key can do wonders! :D
Other than that, I kinda like this park!

This is quite good, though it has room to improve. You have used CS, so support your coasters with something. Also, try some of Shy Guy's rocks in with Marnetmar's rocks. One more thing, please not that this forum only allows images less than or equal to 800x600 in size, so please use [shot] tags rather that [IMG] tags. That's all for now.

Cornshot, you were told before you posted pictures to use pictures that were 800 x 600. Your pictures are all too big, and you've unecessarily used the IMG tags twice. Please go back and edit your pictures by removing the extra IMG tags and replacing the other tags with shot. Thank you.

I like the coasters. I think that with changing the mountains so that they look more like mountains will make a huge difference. Also, you should add some more surrounding buildings in each themed mountain area. Otherwise, good job!
