I didn't finish last one,I forgot about it...:(
So in this one,I'm reducin' the number of slots to 4,so it ends faster...:)

There are VERY SPECIAL RULES....:D

CPU STARTS WITH MAX HP,and MAX INTELLIGENCE...:)
You can choose any char.
You can choose any skill...
You can choose any Item...
ONLY 3 SKILL PLACES AVAILABLE....:)
ALL SKILLS MAXED OUT (Of course..:))


Now,here's the point..

Every health recovery item,and you start with 2 HP less...

If you use Frieza/cooler spaceship,you can,but CPU skill is reduced for ONE level,AND you lose 2 HP.....

So choose wisely...

I'm just the judge,so there are 4 spots empty...:)

It was a cool match,and It seemed like Kid Buu will win...(It was an 5 HP for 1.5HP for Kid Buu),But then Pikkon started spamming Blazing Shoot...:)

This was a kinda weaker match,Vegeta had two ultimates (2 BBA) and no succeeded,but goku had two Super Dragon Fist and both worked (2BBA = 3200 DMG,2 SDF = 4100 DMG)...Only Goku went SSJ4,Vegeta was stuck at SSJ2...

In this Match,Goku stood NO CHANCE...It was like,they tried ultimates at the same time,but Pikkon was faster,and in the end,with his Hyper Tornado he won...

Heh heh Pikkon FTW.I really didnt expect that.Pikkon is one of the best characters in the game but the AI seems to play so badly it was a crapshoot.Usually the guys with the highest baseline win in the AIs hands so even a character like Super 17 that sucks can beat Yamcha even though Yamchas the best character in IW.

Cool to see that didnt happen.Pikkons AI once did a 20 hit combo on me when i had 1 bar and was fatigued then ended it with Shin Thunder Flash before i got 3 bars so i knew his AI had potential.
