A helpful hint about using goku BT3 style in RB..

I noticed a lot of people (me being one of them) saying they miss the ol step in after the 5 hit rush from T3. Though its true that its gone, i just discovered that goku can actually do it but a different way.

try this:

After doing the initial 5hit rush IMMEDIATELY after the last hit sends your opponent sliding back cancel it with the solar flare (left on the right analog stick), this will allow u to continue a rush attack for 5 more hits ala BT3. Not only is this a good combo, it knocks your opponent off of his lock on temporarily, try it and tell me what you think guys :up:

You can actually link it up as a combo if you act fast, i find it easier to just fire an ultimate after that though.

It's more char-specific now, some chars can do some of the things we did in bt3, some do other things.

The well-timed sidestep is good to do backwards to put some distance between your foe, maybe someone can actually combo after it, who knows.

Btw, after piccolo lands a charged ki blast you can combo a dragon homing off of it...and it flashes lol.

i play the demo at least 3 times a day, just to stay fresh :D:up:

goku shouldn't have the solar flare. It's Tien's move. Somehow used by krillin sometimes.

Instant transmission is more "Goku like".

Goku has used solar flare on multiple occasions. Just like he's used destructo disk. They kinda borrow each others moves from time to time. Tien has also used the kamehameha. Who really cares? That's like saying Goku shouldn't use instant transmission, spirit bomb, or the kamehameha wave b/c he learned it from someone else and it's 'their' move...

Moves are customizable so doesn't matter just equip what you want and move on knowing you will get owned by me lol
