I purchased the 2-year file back-up, but I can't find the files anywhere on the site.

He was joined by other members of the ULTRASEVEN X cast and crew, among them Eriku Yoza (Agent Jin), Tomohito Wakizaki (Agent K), Anri Ban (Agent S), director Kengo Kaji, and writers Yuji Kobayashi and Jiro Kaneko.
