can't login , can't create account

I just became beta tester today. but the web page is down? get some .net script errors trying to register and it say invalid username and password. I entered a bug and sent email so now i am doing forum.

My dauhgter was also accepted into beta today and she is getting the same error tyring to create a new account. I sent an email to tech support, hopefully they will get back to us soon.

the contact custom,er service link on the istaria home page does not work so please forward this to the correct person.

i just downloaded the horizons beta software and installed it. beta user roy sherrill (920)277-9361 i installed the program and started it. going to the website i created an account useing the CD Key provided in my betatest acceptance letter. after creating the account it will not allow me to start the program stating the username and password is incorrect. it will not e-mail me the username and password it has now allow me to recreate the account stating the username e-mail address and 3d key have been used. i waited 1 hour to see it the servers just needed time to update and tried again to no effect. trying to use the contact tech suport link on the home page i was sent to an invalid address message. please contact me at the number above to inform me how to log into the game or correct any mistakes i may have made in useing the login program. allso in the customer information screen it does not accept brackets around the area code " (920) " returning an eror message. you need to add a style indicater after the field to correct this.
