so much to do the first week i bet

The first week when the game goes live will be the Key in my opinion. During this period of time, long term trade skills will be started, friends made, guilds formed.

Leaves the question, where am I. What should I do first. Should I run for adventure, should I start a trade or join a guild. Maybe start a guild, and I do have some grand Ideas for guild names and what I would like to do.

Also leaving me wondering what the server names will be, how do you choose. Back when I started EQ, I had no guides, I jumped in head first with out reading single web review. I went down the list to the first green server, which was Lanys. Everyone I met or worked with that played was on another server so I never got to play any with people I knew.

I may have a friend that starts a guild if i am lucky enough to find him in game. It will be difficult, since he and I don't work together anymore. I have the name of 2 servers, which he says he will be part of, but If I am unable to find him, what path will I choose.

I know one thing, I want to have a good trade skill, I want to be part of a good strong guild. I don't have to be a leader, or necessary an officer-but I would want to have the ear of the leader and officers. Being an officer is not a bad thing, I have been one in EQ in a couple of guilds.

My Wife and I are both looking forward to Horizons in a big way.

I ahve pre ordered 2 accounts, with the bonus.
