FTP connection issues

You may experience some difficulty connecting to the FTP site to download the Horizons installer or the U2XMP installer. The number of concurrent users is large enough that the site is refusing new connections. If you cannot connect, please try connecting again a few hours later, or the following day. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Its possessed. Someone must have put a set a picture of Bill Gates to close to it or something.
