Crashes Help Me!!!!

crash probs with demo. i meet all req. to play. loads lets me play about 5 to 10 min then get acess violation (C0000005 ) 1b:bed1cd6c trapped at. some one please help i've preordered the game and hope it works unlike demo. i've updated everything video... ect...but usin xp prof. ?????

I get the same thing happening on the full version that I just got today. The exact error message is listed below. Anyone out there with some input would be appreciated.

I did submit something to the company but am unsure how long it will take to hear back from them.

Almost done beating first level/tutorial where australians come to help and I crashed with this popup:

"There are multiple errors (2):
thread SIM caught unhandled exception - access violation (c0000005) trapped at 1B:50B280

thread MAIN caught unhandled exception - Access violation (C0000005) trapped at 1B:50B26A

to aid the development team in fixing bugs, please submit the log file (Logs\log-0.lo) and minidump file (Logs\log-0.dmp)"

My next post will be the log file.
