Bug Posting Guidelines

Here are some basic bug-posting guidelines:

1. Please detail the error as much as possible. Where/when did the bug occur? Was it during installation, while playing a game, at the main menu?

2. Please state how frequently the problem occurs. Does the bug happen consistently? Is it random? How often does it occur?

3. Please provide basic system specifications. You can find this information by using Start->Run and entering 'dxdiag'. This will open the DirectX Diagnostic tool. You can also save this information to a report by pressing 'Save all Information...'.

4. If a crash occurs, you will need to email three files to support@timegate.com. You will need to send your DXDiag report (see above), a .log file, and a .dmp file. The .log file and the .dmp file are located in C:\Program Files\Atari\Axis & Allies\Logs. These files have the .LOG and .DMP extension. In your email, please make sure to state where the problem occurs and the frequency of the problem.

NOTE: Before you post or email a technical bug (crashes, graphic errors), please make sure that your drivers are up-to-date, especially your video card drivers.
