Bug? No Flags in Some Battlefield Maps!

I have been playing WWII mode and have noticed in some RTS batttles that there were no flags on the map. It first happened in a Midway battle. At first, I thought ok. Its an isolated island in the Pacific maybe the game gives low resources in remote areas. But then later in the game, I had a Battle for Germany and again no flags on map. Its was not to much of a problem, I just build like 5-6 supply trucks to chain til I reached the enemy base and still won.

Is this normal game play to have no flag maps? Or a bug? G C

No flags simply equals no cities. Whatever map you were playing on must not have had a city on it.

hmmm...no cities in Germany? how odd, i thought there were more than a few. its ok tho, i can make more $$$ than the ai anyways..
