This game needs an AUTOSAVE function!

It runs pretty good, played it for a solid week on my cousin's computer (Pent 2.5ghz, Asus MB, Radeon 9600). In that time it crashed twice. Once was during a RTS invasion of Northern France, well into the invasion, several HOURS of gameplay, closing in on victory--and the game dumped out to the desktop. A switchable autosave function (even once every half hour would be sufficient) to "last played game" would have save a lot of %$#@! in the air that night. Considering the complexity of these new games nowadays combined with the umteen-million different computer configurations possible, I find it somewhat appalling that these games don't handle this--something business apps have been providing for years, and it's a simple thing to incorporate.
