Cannot load game

Clicking on axis and allies icon with play disc in drive gives error messages like "cannot load in time" or put in original disc or look at securom.com. It rarely plays when dvd player in autoplay mode is clicked. Atari has me on hold for two weeks. I am using windows xp and have a pentium processor and adequate video memory.

Your drive can't read the CD. Try updating your drive's firmware (check manufacturer's website).
