Park and Ride Logo's (Walt Disney Studios and Alton Towers Update 21/08/05)

Here is an offer for those of you out there that wish to build re-creation parks or, have a specific design in mind for a park or ride logo.

I am willing, subject to each request, to build specific one off pieces such as the ones shown below.



Couple of things to bear in mind however:-

1. Any picture submitted to me, may not be fully 100% accurate on any piece due to the contstraints of the conversions and modelling process.

2. Multiple requests for the same piece will be shared between those wanting them. This will always apply, be it you are the first to request the piece or the last. In additon, should you release your park for general download, you must include the scenery item as well.

3. Requests will be taken on a first come basis unless, someone can come up with an exceptional reason why I should treat theirs as priority.

Finally, if it screws up your game, I very sorry but, you wanted it (lol).

If you want to place a request, I suggest you PM me as, it will be easier to track what needs done.

Finally, I don't want to sound like a killjoy with the above points but, I feel that this is a community and like all communities everything should be available to everyone and, not just a select few.

This is the first set released for Forum members. This pack was requested by Tidus which, has some organic wall textures for use in Dark Ride creations. Set also includes two Matrix styled walls, one in green and, one in blue.

The following pic shows a selection of the walls. These have normal functionality of RCT 3 Wall pieces.

Its currently two normal wall tiles high. The spider man one is 6.

Im in the middle of creating a full size sandbox park with the Soaked expansion pack installed.

Ive got to the point where I want to build a ride based around the film 'The Ring.'

I want elements and objects from the film in the game.

I want, for example, Tv's that are animated and fuzzing if possible or just Tv's that have the black and white fuzzing image on their screens and I will add the sound effects through a park speaker.
I want the girl (Samara Morgan) looking like shes crawling out of a well or even crawling out of a well. If you could just create her and I could build the well in game and put her inside with her hands and face coming out through the top.
And I also want these 2 pictures on a 3x3 tile each so I can use them as a ride logo in the park:
The Ring logo - Black on White
The Ring logo - White on Black

Any other creepy or noticable elements from the film that would be recognised and signify that the ride is themed around 'The Ring' would be great being turned into an object.

What I really want are the Logos turned into objects but I would love it if you could do me any other objects that I have said or that you can think of (obviously from the film, so I hope you've seen it).

Hope you can do this for me!!

Coaster, the walls are no problem. The girl coming out of something whould not be a proble either if you can give me a picture. As for the TV's thinks that could be a bit tricky but i'll have a look at it.

Could you have one of her coming out of the well, one of her standing out of the well and maybe a couple more; maybe one with her hair parted so you can see her eye....just experiment and see what you get??

This is great thanks. If you have seen the film and there is any other things that you think will look good and that you can make....then please make them as I will use all I can.

Don't have any particular requests at this time, so not going to add to your workload .

Just a note to the requesters, animated scenery (or even animated textures) are not currently supported...yet. Just something to keep in mind .

This is second set released for Forum members. This pack was requested by Live the Thrill. This pack contains two logo variants in three sizes. Don't know how much use this will be for everybody else but, I did promise to try and make logos and walls which were requested.

Hmmm No offence but I have noticed the textures are a bit blurry, are you able to import them into the game with Alpha layers or no mip maps ( both of these are the reason for blurry models in fs2004)....

A lot of the texture issues have to do with the quality of picture in the first place. JPEG of 800 x 600 or greater is best anything else, suffers in the conversion to 256 indexed bmp's.

When I look at the picure, the colored one looks like a Matrix type of coloring, is a traditional gold and blue one included?

Not yet, I will add one along with the WB Moview world sign. At present, I do not have high end images to compress, everything on the net I have located so far is pretty poor quality but, I'll get there in the end and post an update.

Hopefully this may keep you going at present. The mid size logos can be placed to cover the junction of two walls and, the small logos can be placed at either side or the middle.

Well I found an original large logo, but I had to remove all the other bits from it, then I increased its size by quite alot, tell me if it is too blurred.
