Doctor Doom's Fearfall Custom Scenery Request

Hello, if anyone can make the goldern rings and spikes at the top of the Doctor Doom's FearFall's towers, and the sign outside of the attraction at Universal's Islands of Adventure, If you can make these items for me it would be greatly appreciated, as I am recreating Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park.
