It's Temari,she's allright.

Sakura is pretty much like Tsunade when she trained with Tsunade.Now she's a medical ninja and has Tsunade's strength.

Tsunade may be old but i like her personality. Sakura is a miny version of Tsunade without some special features

Yeah that's the one, she is probably the most mature lady out there.

For some reason I usually like (personality wise) all non-ugly female characters in anime (probably because I'm a bit of a lecher

), unless of course there's a distinct reason not to like them (e.g. personality).

My favourite female in Naruto is Hinata, she's just so...cute (in a teddy bear kind of way).

Ino fights she's a Chuunin.

Ino also knows medical jutus,but not as good as Sakura.Sakura would beat Ino easily.

I don't think so, Sakura will probably forget her fighting abilities and Ino will advance to a higher level.
Sakura > Ino on medical terms of speaking but Sakura < Ino when it comes to fighting head to head. They were equals back at the Chuunin Exam but since Sakura is more focused on the whole ninja medical stuff, Ino > Sakura.

Actually, Ino improves her fighting ability by doing ninja missions while Sakura tries to improve her recovering ability.
