Should Gundam Wing just continue instead of ending it?

Alright what happened? I just saw Endless Waltz again and still don't get it with the whole alternate universe.
How can the creators just teat Gundam Wing so poor?
They bassically destroyed all gundams...

Are the other Gundam series any good and are there good games out there?

Yeah I used to watch it when it was on toonami but not anymore.

We always have that good site which we are not allowed to speak of.
But you know, the ending really was poor and it shouldn't have ended as this was probably the best Gundam out there.

In my opinion Gundam Wing was the best gundam series I've seen so far. And I agree after endless waltz I was pretty dissapointed. I mean the series was just to good to end on a note to where they just destroyed all gundams and ended the Gundam wing title altogther. If anything they could've at least made Endless Waltz a series instead of a four part movie.

gundam wing rules.....even though they use big confusin words like in gundam seed.....i stillll like gundam wing overalll better....and endless waltz was a cool movie.....i liked the ending....besides the gundam destroying part

I agree with you there, it would be slightly more difficult, though not impossible, to spin off a new series for various reasons including one that there were a lot less loose ends compared to others. It could be relatively short-say five episodes-just to tell us wth happened to everyone post war-time. I think that even in times of Relena's Total Pascifism that someone would still be mucking around with MS'. It could have all of them attempting to stop that by joining the Preventers as Wufei did with Sally or something. It'd be entertaining.

They selfdestruct the Gundams, why? incase you didn't know, War always occuer again. There was peace for a few moments but then this rich girl tried to take over the world with her army, is there some sort of connection between Gundam Wing and the other Gundam series?

But Gundam Wing is the main icon for the whole Gundam world, especially ''Zero'' or Sand Rock (God of Death), Gundam Deathscythe Hell, Gundam Heavyarms Kai, Shenlong Gundam
They also made too little episodes though, and why the whole selfdestruction thing anyway? Sure atleast Zero, got destroyed by saving the others but the other Gundams could be for some use again at some point when a war is about to begin.

Hehe well I've heared that Gundam Seed is a pretty good anime so I will check that one out shortly but I do however think that Gundam Wing should be expanded as I am sure a lot of fans agree with that. It's ashame that they Zechs Marquis got an mobile suit gundam at the end of EW, he might attack earth for all we know it. Hence he was the bad guy from the start and now turned good all of the sudden, this movie should've been editted big time. A lot of things don't make sense, the story is a tad lame though; see it like a sort of Dragonball GT from the Omega Shenron saga... I wonder if they can give a sort of spin off to some new episodes, that would be great.

Well I never got much into Gundam Wing. I liked it, but it seemed on some accounts a bit far fetched, but so can most anime. This is the only Gundam Wing anime I have.



I have watched a lot of the first Gundam Seed, and it was a tremendous hit with me. I really liked it and it captured a lot of the sparkle of Robotech. In some respects it was better than Robotech.

Too bad, any mecha based anime that gets some heat is cause for concern. Mecha based creativity is what drew me to anime anyway.

There are 2 members at the Godzilla forum who have a big passion about Gundam Wing. I will PM them and ask them to drop by. Hey you all also should see the Offtopic thread title about anime in this forum. In fact the two members I am talking about are commenting a lot in the thread about their Gundam Wing fandom. That's Swordoath and Godzilla85. In fact there are some pictures posted showing their collections on DVD/VHS. You should check that thread.

Of all of the Gundam series,Gundam Wing is my favorite.Second would be a tie between Gundam Seed/Gundam Seed Destiny.

Considering how there have been other stories for the U.C. even Gundam Seed Universe,it is possible that there could be a new Gundam Wing or a spinoff series.I guess we'll just have to wait and see what they do after Gundam 00.
