Thank you so much. This was a life saver. I was getting around 35kb from the Gamespot server and it had around 12 hours remaining.

hm, the size compared to the french demo is 400mb more, i suppose there have been some changed, hopefully also in terms of performance ...
can anyone tell me if anything changed?

As there don't seem to be any additionnal texture pack for high-res texures, I'd guess that they directly included high-res textures in the demo rather than having and extra download for those, but there might have been other changes.
