Defensive Stance? Aimed shot?

How do you perform defensive stance and aimed shot? Or are they just passive benefit skills?

Is there a list of keys somewhere?

To use defensive stance, you first put it in one of the 3 left shortcuts (1 to 3), and then select it either with the mouse or with the shortcut key (1 to 3), and it will then apply to clicks made with the left mouse button. Aimed shot is prolly the same, don't remember exactly what it does. If it's a skill that use power, it'll be on the 4-8 shortcut keys, for the right click.
