Game Editor

I'm a long time Console game player, and a relative beginner to PC gaming. I'm looking for a game that has a very simple game editor that would let me create adventures for my friends to go on (that was what attracted my attention to this game. I heard it had one). By that I mean create dungeons, drop Monsters in, create NPCs with custom dialoge, etc. I heard this game has a game editor, so I was wondering if you could do these sorts of things with it. I don't know any programing or coding though, so I'm hoping someone will tell me how much of that I would need to know to do the sorts of things I mentioned (this will influence whether or not I buy the game, because if the game editor requires me to already know a lot of programing or coding, I won't be able to use it). Basically I'm looking for a game that looks nice, is fun, and has a very beginner friendly game editor. Is this that sort of game? And could any of you recommend any games that fit that profile?

Not sure about this game, havent got to play it yet..But neverwinter nights is a good game to make modules. Im not sure how "beginner" you want it. It has some scripting involved

The US retail release of Silverfall will have a game editor included.
