Randomized maps?

My apologies if this has been asked before but I did not see anything in the stickies or recent posts about this. Are the maps randomly generated like Diablo 2 or is everything exactly the same each time you run through?

Uhg

I don't understand why no one does randomized maps anymore. D2 has so much re-playability because of this.
