Lol!! But I think 'EricDent' is right. If Vegeta defeated Goku, that would defeat the whole purpose of Goku being the main character. (but I guess he does die at least 3 times in the whole of Dragonballz)

But if you asked me who is the strongest it will be the combination of them in the Movie when they were frighting Bu.(They also combine into a sumo in the same movie thanks to Vegeta.)
