As (I think) I found how TheSkipper want's this:

We're creating a custom addon for RCT3. Here's the wallpaper:

Sorry it's german, here's the translation:
well-known creators
new CSO
animated scenery
more than 40 sets
new tracks
new scenarios

The addon is about 40%. There will be CS you all know like some of shyguy's and Vodhin's sets, but also new set, made exclusive for the addon.

What? All of the creators who created the sets in the addon gave their permissions. Don't know what Atari has to do with this, as nobody cared when addons for RCT2 were created.

They didn't and don't, however, advertising of this nature is what is NOT allowed. You can put a link in a sig, and that's about it.

I have no problem with others hosting or distributing any of my creations, as long as there is no fee, charge, commitment, obligation, advertising revenue generated or collected, the moon stays in it's orbit, and no demons from the dungeon dimensions escape because if it...

...and they're not trying to pass it off as their own work... as we've seen done in the past.

Sorry, but The_Cook didn't give us permission (so far). But means Vodhin's Gizmos (as you see in the picture). Perhaps some more (perhaps exclusive) animated scenery will be added.

The_Cook's Doors are the only real animated CS objects. Vodhin's set uses clever animated textures to make objects appear animated. Just to be straight.

We all know this. But animated with animated textures is animated, too, isn't it? Ok, it's not real animated, but we (I don't know your point of view) think, that this is animated scenery, too. Or is it static?

The Cook has some new animated objects in his latest Atlantis Extras set...including the billowing waves, diving sea monster, rocking ship, and sinking ship ride event.

Good, because I've always liked the idea of a custom expansion pack, if you guys can get all of the kinks worked out. It'll be even better if and when we get custom rides!

Well... I hope you don't mind the double post, but: There are some important news:
First: It will be done until the first of May, we think.
The second is, there's a new teaser pic:

As our designer didn't make it in English again, I'll translate it:
The upper left says: New animated CSO
The upper right: Background music for attractions
The lower left: More than 10 new scenarios with many exciting challenges
The lower right: More than 50 CSO sets, some of them exclusive in NetOn

@J_DeRosa15: Well, it's explained in the first post and in the title: It will be a custom addon for RCT3 with one simple installer, you will get scenarios, tracks and cso. The scenarios, the tracks and some of the cso are exclusive. There will even be custom music sponsored by rct3beat.com

Hmm, I don't know, this idea doesn't seem like it will get very far. If I were a custom scenery maker, I wouldn't feel comfortable with someone else redistributing my work, with the fear that they would be claiming the work as their own, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

This isn't the first time someone tried a custom expansion pack, but they always end up failing because they want to reuse someone else's scenery.

Well... every designer was asked, some didn't want to be in the addon, some liked the idea. Another difference to most packs is, it doesn't have only CS from other users. There are more things than only CSO and also exclusive CS. There will be a readme file where every single creator will be named with his sets, nobody wants to claim CS of other ones as his own work. The next thing is, we're not one or two single persons but a big team and also a site. The project is very far and we've done most of the work. It WILL be finished. I don't know, if people will download it, but I really hope - we had much work with this.
