why can't we have teleportin combos in BT3 just like this,why won't they add somethin like that? n also,B3's aurora around the characters looks awesome n great,why couldn't they put somethin like that on SSJ4 Gogeta on BT3?n why can't they make the characters look cool like SSJ4 Gogeta fro mB3? http://youtube.com/watch?v=OpojTBK5qtI from B3 ! I'd like to see a "Create a character" feature in the next DBZ game.

Here are a few suggestions for such mode:

1-Obviously, more than one character should be able to be created. The only limit should be the space of the storage used by the player.

2-Rather than choosing between a few races, the player should be able to make his character look like whatever he wants, with some 'parts' simulating the races from DBZ, like a Saiyan tail for a Saiyan and those marks on the arms for a Namek. This way, the player also would be able to create random aliens or monsters, like many which appeared through the series. Those racial body parts should be separated from the clothing options too.

3-There should be several different body types, like Kid, Male teen, Female adult, tall male, Giant, etc. The movelists for standard attacks and special attacks could just be chosen from avaliable characters in the game with similar body types. A kid character would be able to choose from attacks used by Kid Goku, Goten, Trunks, Pan and Kid Gohan, while a giant would have attacks from the Giant Apes and Lord Slug's giant form.

4-To make it easier for younger or beginner players, there could be 'presets' for the various races, starting "generic" characters who could be modified by the player in some limited ways- like a generic Saiyan warrior (Hair always dark), a generic Namek warrior (always with green skin and antennas) and a generic Human martial artist (unable to have tails or other alien parts).

5-Transformations should be separated from the base character, like in the Tenkaichi series. The player basically would create 2 characters and then 'link' them, choosing which one is the base and which one is the transformation.


ADDITION:

A secondary usefulness of a character creation engine would be allowing the game's creators (Spike) to introduce new Sagas with new enemies (and allies) without spending many resources on them. They could just use this engine to create the new characters (and new versions of old characters) from their additional Sagas.

I think if a DBZ game released on the PS3 is ever developed, it should contain characters from the whole triology. AND MUCH MORE GT characters and stages such as Ledgic, Mutchy, Luud, General Rilldo( Base, Mecha, Metal), Sugoroku Space, Tuffle Planet, Mt. Pao, etc. You should also have features more like the anime like the abilty to teleport from one place in a stage to another. Here's an example:

Character Name: Gt Vegeta

1.B1-Sheer Determination-he goes to full ki.


2.B1-Earthling Pride- after taking damage and it would give him 0 health he gains 3 health bars and 45% stat boost.


3.B1-Order of the King- at the cost of all his ki bars he can add all the energy he uses to power up the damage on any one of his attacks. By using all of his energy he can up the damage by 80%.


Blast Two's

1.Super Galic Gun-chargeable


2.Relentless Warrior Rush-done by pressing the button commands.










3.Big Bang Attack-chargeable.


4.Energy Barrage- tap triangle for more blasts. Your ki drains.


5.UB-Final Flash-chargeable


6.UB2-Taking Out the Trash-if done when the opponent's health is low it completely destroys them.

BEANIE'S UNIQE MOVELISTS
Note that I will update this regularly,so don't be surprised that there are no movelists here yet.

KING VEGETA
Blast 1:King's endurance:Brick wall effect and attack boost
Blast 1:Royal Saiyan:Boost for every stat.
Blast 1:King of a mighty race:Afterimage effect
Blast 1:Pride:Everything increased and max power

Blast 2:Royal beatdown:KV launches himself at the opponent axe-handling them down,he comes down to kick them in the stomach and punch them in the face a few times before firing a series of purple beams.

Blast 2:Purple rain:KV form lots of beams in his hands and flies around the stage firing them.(Note this isn't a rush)If all beams hit the damage is 30,000,but it usually comes to 10,000.

Blast 2: Death rocket;KV shoots something similar to Frieza's B3 death wave,if it hits KV uses a Hyper tornado type move,(no tornado) where he punches through the opponent.

UB1:King's brutality:KV kicks the opponent in the head upwards,he then flies up and attacks the opponent as they fly up,ending with an axe-kick down.He then uses his purple rain attack while the opponent is on the ground.

UB2:Galick gun:This is a giant (and I mean giant) planet destroyer version of Vegeta's Galick gun.

Goku (mid) (SS)

B1:Instant transmission (This gets you infront of the opponent,but the opponent is stunned for 5 seconds also)
B1:Super afterimage:He used this against Roshi as a kid,but he uses lots more afterimages that do the exact same thing as the player does,all in a circle
B1:Full power super saiyan:Instead of using this as a form,it just makes Goku max power.
B1:The legend of Goku:Max power plus everything is raised

B2:Full power Kamehameha:Like Goku used in the Cell saga,this one should have the kamehameha getting bigger in his hand with light rays swirling around it,then when he fires it,it should be big.
B2:Kamehameha trick:Goku fires his full power kamehameha at the opponent and the opponent deflects it,but Goku is gone,he comes from above and axe-handles them down.(Reaaaaaaaaally hard)
B2:Lightning strike:Goku lands a short series of hits to the opponent and dodges a series of hits by the opponent and this continues with the series of hits getting shorter by both characters,Goku double kicks the opponent up and appears above them,and with a strong punch he sends them down.

UB:Instant transmission kamehameha:Goku kicks the opponent up,punches them in the face a few times and sends them down,and then it's the classic IT Kamehameha from the anime.

UB2: Death punch:Basically the ending of the first Broly movie.

Teen Gohan (SS2):

B1:Sweet revenge:Attack and defense boost
B1:Saviour:Goes to max power and everything increases
B1:Self-confidence:Instant transmission in a package
B1:Smart tactics:10 after-image effects

B2:Brainy and strong!:Gohan is attacked but dodges effortlessly like he did against UUS2 Cell,the opponent punches but Gohan just moves away and knees them,then punches them in their face repeatedly before grabbing their head and falling down with them to the floor but he moves from the impact at the last second.
B2:I learnt it off my dad:Gohan is in the air throwing a volley at the opponent that puts a lot of smoke infront of the opponent,but they don't hit,the opponent flies through the smoke to punch him but he's gone,they look back and see Gohan charging a kamehameha.KAMEHAMEHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
B2:I don't need to deal with you:Walks slowly towards the enemy as they try to attack him,but to no avail (like Bujin),then they rush towards him but Gohan holds his hand out and shoots a beam.

UB:Sweet revenge:How he killed Bojack
UB2:Kamehameha:How he killed Cell





BEANIE'S GAMEPLAY IDEAS

REAL TIME RUSH COMBOS

I and other people have always wanted to change rush combos,some would like more than one rush,but people like me,may want different endings (middle or beginning) depending on what you press on the controller.But the opponent could escape too by pressing certain commands before the attacker.

For example:

Goku (end) could have a move called super spirit bomb

Beginning 1:If you press the right commands for this beginning Goku will run to the opponent and kick them in the air and appears above them.
Middle 1:Once above them,he kicks them and starts charging a kamehameha.
Ending 1:He shoots the kamehameha which hits the opponent and starts to charge up a spirit bomb!
Mini-game 1:If you win the mini-game (it can be anything,button mashing,analog spinning or anything) you turn super saiyan and the rest is self-explanatory,but if you lose the spirit bomb is threw away.

Beginning 2:Goku charges his ki to max power and punches the opponent in the face and uppercuts them upwards.
Middle 2:Goku flies up at an amazing speed and backflip kicks the opponent higher and flies back down and starts to charge a kamehameha.
Ending 2:The kamehameha hits the opponent.
Mini-game 2:If you win you turn super saiyan and the kamehameha enfulges the opponent,if you lose:BACKATCHA!

Beginning 3: Goku's ki swirls around him,lightning appears and moves around him super fast,his hair sticks up like a super saiyan but his hair is still black,he appears behind the opponent and elbows them in the back of the head.
Middle 3:Goku appears infront and then behind repeatedly elbowing them in the face,once he appears infront of them for say...the 20th time,he hits them in the nuts with his heels and turns them round with a fist to the face twice,once they are facing him he headbutts them backwards and once they are a distance away,he charges a kamehameha that turns gold.
Ending 3:His ki grows to an amzing height the lightning bursts into stars and the kamehameha turns bigger than Goku.KAMEHAMEHA!
Mini-game 3:First of all you turn SS3,andthe opponent tries to block it,if you win,the kamehameha goes through the opponent and you dragon fist through them,instant KO!If you lose,when you go to dragon fist your opponent is battle damaged but they manage to pull a massive ki blast (or bomb LOL!).

NOTE:People want to feel the power in every second of the game,and this rush is a perfect example of what should be given power.LOTS...of power.



IN-BATTLE MINI GAMES

In Tenkaichi 3,there has been a new clash made,but instead of making more we could improve them.

REGULAR BURST MODE:

Not teleporting,but moving around like in the clash in T2's Goku VS Vegeta cutscene,also bigger auras when they are doing the clash,and it should be first to a certain number of hits because many fans think the regular burst mode is short.

TELEPORTAION BURST MODE:

In BT3 this is introduced when facing Raditz,but maybe instead of always teleporting to the same place they should teleport away then rush at eachother,do a regular burst mode and start teleporting again,then maybe when they're teleporting they could clash through buildings.

FEEL THE POWER!!!!!!!

Yay,I'm now ging to ramble on about how you should make us feel the power in attacks,ki charging and other things.Do you want me to?No.
So here:

Beams:Before the character fires a beam the beam needs to just look amazingly powerful,like it's gonna destroy the universe.After,the beam must collide and BOOM!The explosion causes a unique explosion for that move.

Rushes:On impact,a hit should be heard and it should look hard,that's all.

Ki charging and transformations:Screaming,the ki making loud noises and being very big.

KI = POWER!
As the ki bars in the next game a powerlevel sort of thing would be nice,if a character was charging up a bar filled which is the health bar/ki bar and under that there would be a number,the max number would be 1,000,000,special moves would take from that number and from the health but full ki= full health,but if you use your ki on moves you don't die but once you are hit,you die.

THE CAPSULE TRAY
SPIKE,the capsule tray supports gameplay in many ways but it's limited to gameplay.

This is what people would like it to be like:

First of all,you pick the character you want to change.
Next,you can pick from these options:

Attacks
Stats.
Computer
Costumes
Other


First of all,we'll look at the attacks.

A character may have more attacks than others,Goku (mid) could have more than I put down in my movelists section,but charcters like Zangya could have a minimum of 3 B2s and 1 UB if there were very little moves she used in the show.Here,you can equip the attacks you want Goku to be able to use in this fight,if you are in story mode fighting Raditz doing this with (Early Goku) moves that he couldn't use could be blocked.


Stats. will be what we look at now,in BT2 we could only put potaras on our characters,now what we want is to do this through battle training.There should be a mode called character training,you could train your character's statistics to the max. of 500,we would be able to put items on our characters that make their statistics rise,once a character is at the level 500,they will be able to train but their stats would not rise.

The computer AKA A.I. is very important to people who don't have anyone to play against or just want to face the computer,here we could put items that changes the coms strategy,things that make the com harder,examples are:Broly's power:The com will wrecklessly kick your ass,Burter's speed:The opponent will be all over the place,Golden A.I,the com will be super hard,Victim:You will literally kick the com's ass.

Costumes are important to people,in this we could mix costumes up and create a mix of lots of characters to make a really cool (or ugly) fighter.

Other would be things like the aura colour changes in BT3 and maybe even transformation changes,and loads of other stuff.

In Game Battles:

I think the battles should consist of way more stradegy. DBZ BT2 was too easy once you knew what you were doing. Teleporting should be a skill that is very very useful and frequently used.

Charged attacks should do more damage than non charged and the longer you charge your kamehameha the more damage and size of the beam should increase. Beam stuggles must stay.

Dragonrushes and cutscenes before moves are a big no no.

Dodging should be used more often and should be an essential part of the fight. You should be able to either deflect or avoid b1 and b2 attacks by pressing a certain button at the right time.

Timing should be the key, if a enemy is just about to kick you, you should be able to teleport behind him, then you go to kick him and he teleports behind you, he goes to punch you and you block his hit, the key should be pressing the right buttons at the right time.

You should be able to use in game obstacles and land to your advantage, like if somones about to dash at you, you could jump behind a large rock to avoid his hit, then when he comes for you, you can surprise attack him.

Characters should have more unique specials and characteristics to them that other characters do not, like certain androids should be able to absorb b1 blasts by pressing a certain button at the right time, tien should be able to stun his opponenet with a solar flare, etc.

Up to 4v1 would be a good new feature, instead of fighting enemies one at a time why not all at once on the same screen.

Going ssj should require more kai gauges and should be treated as a bigger better thing. You should not be able to go ssj 10 seconds after the battle starts, when you do turn super saiyan they should make a bigger deal out of it the screen should glow and show a little cutscene, also super saiyan should do alot more damage than it currently has in previous games because it will be harder to obtain. I would find it much funner pummeling my enemies and then near the end of battle going ssj and really showing the immense power up.When you transform from base to super saiyan, you should really feel the power and speed differences between each form rather than just the movesets.



Story/Adventure Mode:

Im thinking of having rpg elements to this somewhat, similar to DBZ sagas only not so terrible (no offense). The world should be big and you should be able to walk around and explore towns and cities in the world of dbz.

Enemies should be displayed on the screen like in DBZ Sagas but should play out like Star Ocean: Till the end of time, where you see an enemy on the screen and when you walk up to him, the screen changes and you enter the battle.

In this game levels should mean alot, you should have to train if you want to beat the newest villian. Like say your supposed to fight Nappa and you just cant beat him this should be because your stats are not high enough, you need to level. So you go out and kill 5 saibamen you gain a level and your stats go up. Now you have a better chance at killing nappa.

Additional side quests should be in the story mode, like say you want to increase your stats because you just cant beat that enemy and you dont feel like going out and training. You could lets say go climb up korin tower and receive a few levels or stat points from training with korin.

Moves should also level up either by being purchased or leveled, like the Kamehameha should come in 5 levels, 1,2,3,4 and 5. The higher the level the bigger damage and area effect it does.

Your character should have major stat points that with each level grow such as:

Strength: Damage your attacks do
Speed: How fast your moves are
Recovery: How fast you recover from being attacked or blasted (basically how quick you recover from being stunned by punches and blasts)
Defence: The defence of your character
HP: Your characters health.
Special: The amount of damage done by special attacks
Ki: The amount of damage done by ki blast techniques

New sagas are a good idea, I mean it is getting a little tedious repeating the same storyline and the same enemies every game. Im sure you guys could think of some new major villians and enemies that werent in the tv shows.

Modes

Difficulty Modes: The game needs to be harder much much harder, and if your worried about new comers make some more difficulties such as: Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard, Master.

Online Mode:
The next game should definetely come out for the Ps3 and should definetely be online. You should be able to choose a character and buy/earn stats, skills, items, cloths etc. There should defenetily be Clans and clan wars where you and your clan can fight other clans in places like the world martial arts tournament to see which clan is the winner. There could be clan 1v1 battles or even clan 4v4 battles the last person standing wins for their clan. I really think online clan play would be a good idea. I also think it would be an amazing idea if for the clan battles you could play lets say 4v4 each at seperate times or 4v4 clan war where everyone is fighting at the same time on the same screen.

Unlockables: There should be way more unlockables, arenas, skills and characters. There should be more, and they should be harder to obtain. There also should be secret unlockables which are extremely hard to obtain. This way if gives players more reason to keep playing longer than they normally would. Like in DBZ BT2 I unlocked everything in about 3 days after beating the story mode and none of the unlockables were challenging to get just sometimes tedious like killing tao pai pai 30 times to get the dragonballs. Some of the best characters/ unlockables in the game should be very very hard to get, if I want a very good character I should have to work for it and kill a character thats near impossible to earn that character. I want a challenge to get my unlockables. For arenas there could be new ideas like kill 4 enemies in a row on very hard in that specific arena to unlock that arena.

Create-A-Character Mode: You should be able to create your own character. Use clothes from other characters, weapons from other characters and skills from other characters. It would be sick if I could have my own character who is a Saiyan with a tail, has trunks sword, can use the kamehameha wave, can absorb energy attacks like Android 20 with emperor pilafs clothes and Super 17's hair.

To Sum it up:

~more stradegy should be needed in battles to win

~Charged attacks should do more damage than non charged attacks

~Dragonrushes and cutscenes before attacks are a big NO

~Timing should be the key in battles

~In game obstacles such as land/terrain/mountains and trees should be able to be used to your advantage

~Arenas should be able to get scarred easier

~Characters should have way more unique characteristics and moves that other characters cannot do

~Up to 4v1 on the same screen should be incorperated i think it would be an amazing new feature if i could fight even 2 guys at once on the same screen at the same time

~Story should include rpg elements

~Levels should mean everything to win battles

~Additional side quests should help with gaining levels in the story mode

~Moves should either be earned by lvls or purchases in the storymode

~Moves like the kamehameha should come in levels 1-5 and can either be bought or leveled through use to the next level.

~Characters should gain skill points each level that you can either distribute or will be automatically distributed each level gained

~New sagas in the story mode should be created that werent in the DBZ anime

~Harder Difficulty modes in the story mode

~create a character mode

~way more unlockables and they should be way more challenging to unlock

~more emphasis on transformations

~Fusioned characters should not have a time limit but be able to get knocked out of fusion easier than ssj forms

~Game must have an online mode, having clans and clan battles and other online fun stuff

~The next DBZ game should come out for the next gen consoles especially the PS3

~ When you transform from base to super saiyan/next forms of ssj, you should really feel the power and speed differences between each form rather than just the movesets.


Most importantly Please Please MAKE THE GAME WAY WAY HARDER Especially the Story ModeThe reason Budokai 3 was so good to me was because I remember the story mode was actually a challenge.Make the next game for the PS3 and other next gen consoles and include online play

1. YOU SHOULD START THE STORY MODE WITH DRAGONBALL STORY (INCLUDING DRAGONBALL MOVIES), THEN DRAGONBALL Z (YOU SHOULD INCLUDE EVERY SINGLE MOVIE SUCH AS THE STRONGEST MAN IN THE WORLD,ETC), AND YOU SHOULD PUT ALL THE DRAGONBALL GT STORY TOO, STARTING FROM THE BEGENING WHEN GOKU TURNS INTO A KID TO THE END INCLUDING THE EPISODES WITH GOKU JR. AND VEGETA JR.)

2. YOU SHOULD ALSO MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY ON-LINE WITH OTHER PEOPLE (ICLUDING FOR PS2), NOT ONLY 1PLAYER VS. COM, OR 1PLAYER VS. 2PLAYER. AND IT COULD ALSO BE POSSIBLE TO PLAY WITH 2 PLAYERS OR MORE IN STORY MODE. AND WHEN YOU CHOOSE THE COSTUME IN VERSUS MODE YOU COULD AUTOMATICALLY SEE THEM WITH THE COSTUME SO WE KNOW HOW HE WILL LOOK.

THE CHARACTERS SHOULD HAVE A LOT MORE BLAST 2 ATTACKS, THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 5 BLAST 2 ATTACKS, AND THEY ALSO SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN ONE ULTIMATE ATTACK, THEY SHOULD HAVE ABOUT 2 OR 3 ULTIMATE ATTACKS. THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE BETTER BLAST 1, LIKE GOKU, HE SHOULD DO THE INSTANT TRANSMISSION AT ANY MODE , NORMAL FORM SUPER-SAIYAN 1-4, AND HE SHOULDN'T USE ANY ENERGY TO DO THAT.

4. THE GREAT SAIYAMAN SHOULD BE A SEPERATE CHARACHTER BECAUSE GOHAN WOULD NEVER TRANSFORM INTO HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF BATTLE. YOU SHOULD ALSO PUT THE VEGETA FROM DRAGONBALL GT IN THE GAME. AND WHEN YOU PICK THE VEGETA LIKE HE WAS IN THE NAMEK (FRIEZA) SAGA, HE SHOUDN’T BE ABLE TO TRANSFORM INTO THE GIANT APE BECAUSE HE ALREADY HAD HIS TAIL CUT OFF IN THE SAIYAN SAGA.

5. THE CHARACTERS SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO FLY MUCH HIGHER AND THE BATTLE STAGES SHOULD BE ABOUT 6 TIMES BIGGER.

9. SOME STAGES SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION LIKE THE CITY IF YOU WANT IT DAMAGED OR NOT, AND NOT JUST ANY ATTACK CAN MAKE THE WORLD ALMOST EXPLODE, AND IT SHOULDN’T BE AN EXPLOSION THAT BIG, IT COVERS ALMOST HALF OF THE PLANET, BUT IT SHOULD STILL BE BIG BUT NOT LIKE THAT.

10. TRY MAKING THE CHARACTERS MORE PERFECT LIKE IN THE TV SHOW, THEY LOOK TO SQUARELY,SUCH AS THEIR FINGERS, THEY ARE RECTANGLES, ETC.

11. YOU SHOULD MAKE A DBZ GAME FOR PLAYSTATION 3 (ON-LINE!).

my ideas for future dbz games are:
create a 1-4 multiplayer like 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 1 it would be really cool
have the future dbz games look like the dbzbt intros that would look awesome
add in more facial expressions and more emotions in the game ex:when gohan turns ss2 he starts to yell and when hes done transforming there are tears in his eyes like in the show
when transforming the rocks and lands should explode and the skies would turn dark ex: when goku turns ss3 the rocks and the land that hes standing on will explode and then the skies would turn dark and lighting would show up
this time when u hit each other at the same time instead of fighting like crazy u both would teleport and keep on fighting by rotating or input buttons until the player loses ex ss2gohan vs cell there could be a tag team mode with made up for each character ex: trunks presses r3 and future gohan comes and its a cutscene of them both beating up the opponent and then blasting him and thats all i could think of for now hope some of these ideas could be put into future dbz games

Make Gameplay the top priority

Don't be afriad to spend more than a year developing a new Dragon Ball Z game. As much as I love the DBZ titles from Atari, they always feel rushed. Sometimes it seems like the developers said, "Well, there's always next year," whenever a game was nearly finished. Instead of annually cranking out DBZ titles I would love to see one taken very seriously during planning and development.

That being said, I suggest Atari try making another attempt at a DBZ game similar to "Sagas." The concept is fantastic: an action adventure DBZ game. The world of DBZ is so huge it would be a wonderful opportunity to explore. GameSpot.com criticized Sagas for being, "a short, ugly, slightly buggy, and brain-dead beat 'em up," and "it doesn't seem that quality or relevance were high priorities during the game's production." Now that is embarrassing. Remember the "Legacy of Goku" games? Those were teriffic! It would be an excellent move on Atari's part to take those games and make them 3D and then expanding on them. It would easily make a lot of money.

If Atari chooses to make another DBZ fighting game instead (which I'm sure they will), then please make gameplay the number on priority. Not adding more characters, not better graphics, but gameplay. One problem is these recent DBZ titles have been geared exclusively towards DBZ fans. Of course that is a good thing, but the sad truth is DBZ is getting old. Atari must recognize this figure out how to successfully make a DBZ game fun for people uninterested in DBZ, while keeping the fans happy. Not an easy order, but I know Atari can do it (just look at Budokai 3)!

How to improve gameplay you ask? For starters, do not give more than 3 characters Super Explosive Wave. That's just one example but it's so important to make each character unique. With so many characters it's frustrating having half of them feel the same. Look at the success of the Super Smash Brothers games (I know it's an entirely different game made by an entirely different company) but probably the biggest reason why those games have been successful is because each fighter in the game has their own unique moves. If worse comes to worse and the developers have trouble thinking how to come up with new moves the remedy is simple -- just watch the anime! Fans have filled the Atari forums with countless images from the anime of great looking attacks that are still not included.

In summary, whoever develops Atari's next DBZ game must focus on gameplay and making each character unique. For ideas on how to give characters unique attacks -- read above -- just watch the anime!

Well, i still have a couple of idea's left if it isnt ingame already

# An actual chat between lets say Vegeta and Goku while your actually fighting.
Now im not saying to have a chat that lasts aslong as 2 DBZ episodes, but just some short clips

# High speed rush.
Heck, its nice to have so many characters ingame, but personally i dont want to see every character do the exact same rush over and over again.
A solution would be, add a few other rushes, thats each time random.

# Emotion's ingame.
Hell it would be funny to see brolly face when he meets goku.

# Power level's.
I still believe power levels would make more sense then Z Items.
For instance, your playing as goku, and you got to train in either the hyperbolic time chamber with someone else or the space shuttle with gravity.
Eventually you learn more skills and the more often you use those skills the stronger they get.

# Do not hold back in trying new stuff.
I cant stress this enough, its fun to see something whole lot different.

# For future DBZ game plan's...
Please make the move to step over to next gen consoles. (Not just the Wii)
It has much more benefits to do alot more stuff.

Dragonball z Budokai Future Title(Ps3)

.There should be weather effects like...........
(Thunder Storms, Tropical Storms, Eruption with earth shattering effects, Sandstorms, Tornadoes, and any you can think).
. When Characters collide in their attacks waves of power can start to destroy the environments
.Create the Character mode
(Build character-where your created character goes through training to build upon their different attributes and you would see it physically)
.Online Play with
(Quick battles, Custom Match, Tournaments of different Levels, and Yearly events)
.Make each Character different with their unique fighting styles
.Make the story mode more unique in your own way not by making it like Budokai 3, make it a way were it would even beat Budokai 3
.Since this game is going to be on Playstation 3 platform give the user the ability to play Custom soundtrack through XMB.
.Co-op can playable done in Story mode, 2 vs. 2 matches, and online against 2 other people

Dragonball Z Legends for Nintendo DS
Ok, has anyone ever played DBZ Legends on PS1? Well I have, but my understanding is that it was only released in Japan which was a shame because it is such a good DBZ game. I would love to see this game released on the Nintendo DS and released outside of Japan as well. I think the idea of multiple characters fighting at once was great, you should also keep the idea of the power struggle meter at the bottom of the screen.

Possible improvements:
-Some touchscreen controls for menu and possibly for changing your characters in battle.
-More characters. I know the original had a heap of characters but you could expand by adding in some movie characters and maybe even some DB and GT characters in.
-More story mode. Instead of stopping after the Buu saga you could go up to the end of GT. Maybe even throwing in the Dragonball story would be good too. Also you could add the story from the movies as well.
-More Ultimate Attacks. Characters on the original where limited to only to Ultimate attacks and it would be a good idea to maybe put some more in or even some small in battle attacks. They were limited to only punching or shooting small energy blasts. Maybe for example Goku could have a small Kamehameha.
-More stages, a few more destructible objects. Legends was one of the first DBZ titles to introduce destructible environments (even if it was a small rock every 100 meters). You could add a small city stage with a few destructible buildings.
-Team attacks. Team attacks like supersonic warriors 2 could be added. I think team attacks where a great idea and was disappointed to see them left out in T3.
-Animated cut scenes. Maybe at the end of each major battle you could have a small cut scene added.

(Almost half way sorta kinda with the movie attack list not gonna do saga people though so have someone else do it)
(P.S. I know some of the people have generic attacks but thats just cause I cant think of anything else but come on I did pretty well with the Slug army guys )
(Oh and by the way put in the ability to walk into buildings like the look out pace make it so we can hide in there if we are low on health so the opponent cant see us that would be so Fing cool!)

DBZGT Budokai Tenkaichi/Tenkaichi 4

My ideas are for spikes next installment in the Tenkaichi series for the next gen systems. The game should be released on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii so all audiences can enjoy it. The next Tenkaichi should stick to its giant roster, and open enviroment gameplay but should make some improvements before adding more characters. I'm assuming all characters and techniques(from BT2 and new ones from BT3) will be present, so I will talk about what to add on from there.

New System Improvements

Story Mode and Tournaments
Only main thing that I want to see in story mode is a evil story mode, where your playing as the villain of the saga. There should be 5 tournaments(leader):

Swapping Moves
Something popular about the Budokai series and gave it depth, was the ability to swap some of the characters moves. Adding the ability to switch between moves would get rid of the generic feel for moves that the Tenkaichi series suffered from in the previous installments. I believe the moves should work like this:

With slots broken up like that, characters can have many types of moves or techniques they used in the show. Of course, alot of less important characters might not be able to fill all those, so adding some generic moves like Ki Volley, FP Beam, FP Ball, etc. can help give those characters some type of customization, and they would be able to have the unique moves used in the show along with the generic moves.

Team Battles and Tag Team Improvements

I believe that Tag Team Free battles should remain in the game, with the number of people per team increased to 6. Along with Tag Team, Team battles could be introduced allowing 4 players to battle on screen at once(2v2). Team battles would allow a very unique expierence, and if fully explored, can create some intresting and fun settings(1 Giant v 2, etc.). But I will talk about basic 2v2 Team style just to get a idea on how it works. The battles would work like a normal one except teams start in same locations and all players would be on the field at once. The main thing for this mode is locking on and being able to switch targets quickly using the target button.

KO's and Eradications

A character should only be knocked out if he was beaten down to no health or hit by a weak blast. When a SSJ form or Oozaru gets KO'd, they should revert to their base form. Any character on their last bar of health that gets killed in one hit by a UB or fully charged blast should get disenegrated and disappear along with the attack.

Real Time Damage
Destructible enviroments needs a upgrade. Sure smashing someone threw a mountain or building is fun but gets very old watching them all collapse the same way even if it was chipped only on the side. I believe real time damage would make a load difference and kill more of the repetiveness that the Tenkaichi series had. Throwing people threw the tops of mountains and buildings should only destroy the top of them. Maybe even make caves in some mountains so when you get thrown into them you end up in the cave(ex:Majin Vegeta vs SSJ2 Goku fight).

Characters

I believe the name of the next game should be DBZGT Budokai Tenkaichi just so it shows that its representing all three series, instead of mostly focusing on DBZ. Since BT3 has alot of DBZ characters, alot of the new people will be from DB and DBGT, but of course DBZ will still get its share of new characters. Transformation Improvements
All transformations should have their unique cutscenes, but whats new is the ability to quick transform(doesn't work on everyone), where quickly tapping the transformation buttons will instantly transform you, you can still see the cutscene by holding the buttons instead of pressing them.

Alternate Costumes and Artwork
Each character has at least 4 costumes, some with even more. This gives a chance for everyones costume to be in the game and lets a Team Battle have 4 of the same character on screen at once with different costumes. Of course theres alot of characters that don't even have more then one costume, which will have palete swaps instead. On the character select screen, I would like to see artwork for each costume as well as each transformation AS WELL as players having different artwork from each other. Also being able to choose between three different stages of battle damage at the start of the battle would be great.

This is all I can think of for now but will add more if I think of it. I would love to see Spike keep working on their series that they have done so great on, and would love to see it taken up to the next level with current gen systems.

Veku and fat Gotenks - it might be possible to do the fusion in a wrong way and turn to Veku instead of Gogeta.. but it should be 100% mathematic whether you fuse to Gogeta or to Veku, it shouldn't be random at all.. you could only turn to veku if you didn't do the motion correctly.. of course that might be done in purpose, too
and it shouldn't be a total loss for the fusers.. i mean, in the show Veku can survive Janenba, even if with damage..

How to wrongly perform a Fusion
- what i have in mind is something similar to PSX Legend of the Dragoon Additions. i've put three youtube videos in case one of them gets deleted:

To perform a fusion, you would need a fixed amount of B1 units, just like in bt2, and you would start it by the same [or any] kind of combination. As the two characters appear, they start the Fusion Dance, and a signal appears on the screen showing you when you must push which button. You would have to succeed three times to fuse.. why not in coincidence with the three "FU - SION - HA" steps?
The buttons and timings would be totally random, so it would really be needed [and possible] to master the technique!
If you failed the first or the second button, the fusion would not succeed and no result would be out. If you missed the third button, nothing done again. If you pushed the wrong button as third, Veku or fat Gotenks would come out instead of Gogeta or Gotenks!

Time-limited Fusions
- non-potara fusions should last for about three times a sparking mode. This way it would be more fitting to the show, and the fight wouldn't turn to a complete power unbalancement.. it would be way more thrilling instead!
Maybe the timer could be done by the Blast1 counter.. it takes a lot to be completely filled.. so when you have 5 units you can fuse to super Gogeta, and when you fuse [either it turns to be Gogeta or Veku] you still have your 5 B1 units, that you can use for B1s [power ups of course, such as saiyan spirit and max-power charge] and/or for the fusion's life..
If you're base Gotenks, you'll rise up to 5 B1 units, same for SSJ and SSJ3; you wouldn't consume ANY B1 unit if you transformed After the fusion.. which is just like the show.. if you fused directly to SSJ or SSJ3 Gotenks rather than to base Gotenks, your B1 units would be 4 and 3 respectively, cause the fusion would last shorter.. here again, fitting to the show

If a player mastered the technique, he could fuse to a charachter starting in sparking mode, like SSJ4 Gogeta in BT2, use the sparking mode in the most painful and powerful ways it offers, then use a saiyan spirit to take even more damage, then charging up to sparking mode again just when the last B1's expiring, to have some extra time in sparking mode, maybe for a last well-calculated combo and a final UB!!!

it looks Very Exciting to me.. i hope there's still time to add it... my compliments if You have already thought of that

Starting directly with a fusion [f.e., SSJ4 Gogeta VS Baby] there would be three options for the programmers to choose among.. of course it might also be possible to put these choices in the game options:
1 - there might be no time limit
2 - there might be the same limit as a regular fusion, and as the time expired the character would lose the match..
3 - time limit, but when it expires the character would transform to a base form..
| - for example, you can't choose Gotenks if not from Kid Goten or Kid Trunks, so when the fusion time expires, you would turn to the base form of the character you've selected Gotenks from

Two player Training Mode - If you haven't yet but can, please, put this mode in.. It's so sad, while playing with friends, that one forcibly has to lose. It would be very good if players could have "eternal life", and matches could last just as long as they want, just like the training mode against the AI.
If it gives troubles to put it as an option of Training Mode, it could be fixed by use of some potara/capsule appointed for that [not usable in other modes, for example].
That would be fitting to the "Unlimited Fighting" promised in the teaser!

USSJ instead of Saiyan Spirit for Goku-Mid - it has been requested several times by different people, so i found it useful to repeat it here.. Goku-Mid and Cell-Perfect Body can use this form in the show, even if Goku didn't use it to fight, so they might be added as Blast1 for the two of them.
It wouldn't be required to create new forms at all.
In particular, USSJ could replace Saiyan Spirit for Goku-Mid, having almost the same effects:
- +Attack
- +Ki
- Wall effect against people weaker than Cell-Perfect Form
- -Speed

Broli's Wall Effect! - In the demos you can see Broli's wall effect working against chars such as Majin Vegeta and SSJ4 Gogeta! That really needs to be fixed.
Broli's wall effect must be powered down from BT2: every char from the power of a SSJ2 shouldn't resent it, thus including - but list's not complete - all SSJ2
+ Saiyans, the Fusions, Janenba, all forms of Majin Buu, Super Baby 2 and Oozaru Baby, Super 17 and the GT Dragons.
Broli's a very powerful character even without the wall effect, and making this effect too powerful would make him too far from the show.

Please please please evalutate my ideas

and how we fell in love with the generic blasts

From late Dragon ball to the end of Dragon ball GT allmost every ki wielding character has been able to fire energy beams and energy balls. This demonstrates their capabilities to handle ki by forming it into attacks and throw it at the enemy. Apart from kame-hame-ha, final flash and special beam canon these generic attacks has been the backbone of many fights in Dragon ball. Firing quick beams at eachother and counter for example a kame-hame-ha with a nameless beam attack is very common in Dragon ball.

I think that allmost every character apart from those unable to form ki into blasts should be able to fire these generic quick beams.

Suggestion: Holding the ki-blast button should charge the beam and be fired by releasing the button.

They could be used as quick and ki-friendly attacks. You should be able to move while firing the generic beams. They could be used to engage in a power struggle when you are to low on ki to fire a Blast 2. All though if you expect to win with your generic beam VS a Blast 2 then you would have to spin the analog stick much faster than your oponent.

Also if two generic beams collide they should also engage in a small scale power struggle.

Yea i just joined i know i'm a n00b but i've been folowing db/z/gt for a long time now and its probaly the best thing to happen to anime since its birth but let me get on topic here...

Well i didn't bother reading the past requests or suggestions wether you want to call them that but i don't think i'm the only one the thinks you should beable to use team and group moves i mean come on even if there made up it would still be coooooool.

E.G. Vegeta, Raditz, Nappa and (maybe) turles could use a move called The survivors Where Raditz and turles make a power beam strugle with the opponent in the middle and then when the stop the opponent falls to the ground then nappa does his giant volcano move or somthing The move with his fingers anyway at the end depending in the state of vegeta like normal he could send a reqazu energy dan attack but while in super saiyin he might use big bang attack or final flash But this is wat suggestions are for (ex hails)

P.S i forgot to get this n00b biso out of the way just so we don't have people calling me a n00b i will do it (call's him self a noob and any one else who calls him a n00b)

Yea I'm hoping for a game were you raise and train your own dbz character raising his or her power levels and be able to show off your charcter's power level and skill. Also an AI worthy of creating a challenger for you to fight based on you character's power level etc. Going to guess not going to be in this game most likely another rental for me to try out all I can do is hope....

wouldent it be cool to have a tag team attack

if you choose jeice and burter in a ag team fight you can have an awseome move actually the same they used against goku you could put that just as a move for burter and jeice but i think this would be more cooler

or if you choose vegeta and goku (spike be creative) you would have an made up move like goku and vegeta punching the crap out of your opponent

you could have hunderds of this tag team attacks

is it a good idea

first of all, ive been dying to see Vegeta ssj3 i wud luv if u cud make up a "what if" stroy were he has to transform into that...(huge vegeta fan)
and make the differance notable from the ssj1 to ssj2, cuz on most sayins like vegeta the transformation looks the same!!

of stages it wud be kewl to see king kai's little planet

another character u should add is goten grown up like at the final episodes of DBZ and in GT, it wud also be kewl to see all the other sayins turn into super sayin specially king Vegeta and Bardock.

and in tenkaichi 2 it was nice to include other characters in the same fight but it wud be way kewler if u cud use them in a special attacks where they cud go in the battle and either blast out a blast or just a fury attack

i also agree with others that we shud be able to create our own characters, kinda ripping of the idea from Mortal Kombat and other games and also the online gaming thing, where we cud register to participate in a tournament and play against other gamers around the world! and u cud win different items for the game or what ever thats up to u
and make it for next gen consoles like PS3 (which i was expecting tenkaichi 3 to be on!!!!)

11 Suggestions/Requests PLEASE READ!!!

If I were to think that Atari would actually read my/our suggestions, then I would have to request the following 11 things:

1. Trunks and Gohan costumes from "Bojack Unbound".
2. Create a character (Saiyan/Earthling/Namekian).
3. The appearance of ALL minor/sub-major characters (Paragus, Toma, Totapo, Androids 14 & 15, Gokua (Bojack henchman), GT Goten, GT Vegeta, Eis Shenron, Ox King, Turles's Henchmen ("Tree of Might"), Brocco & Pumpkin (Pendelum Room Saiyans), etc.)

4. Saiyan Armor costumes for Goku and Gohan (Cell Games).
5. Vegeta's armor from Namek Saga (Zarbon fight)
6. More immersive world in story line (if possible). For example, being able to explore (even if just a little bit) the cities and country side.
7. "Other World Tournament" battle stage, "Bebi's Planet" (City), "Saiyan Home Planet" battle stage (Old Planet Vegeta; Could have statue of Saiyan warrior in the ruins of city as seen in Pendelum Room episode).

8. Super Perfect Form of Cell (the form where he's insanely buff) & Super Goku (where he's buff during Cell Games).

9. In Tenkaichi 2, when someone destroyed Earth on any stage, the ending effects and destroyed stages all looked the same (except for Namek). Could you try next time to offer something a little more different as far as the destruction appearance? That was really the only major complaint I had about the previous game. It sucked only having that small tower of land after the Ultimate Blast. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed that destroyed look too, but after a while it all looked the same and got old... Maybe you could arrange for it so that the destroyed stage differs at random sometimes. For instance, re-destroying the same stage twice might not look the same as the previous time you destroyed it. The second destroyed stage could look somewhat like a "desolate wasteland" Grand Canyon look alike. I guess in the end, more dynamic planet explosions and varying "destroyed stages" would be great.

10. Asking to see SSj Bardock, SSj Turles, SSj Raditz, & SSj Pan is a little too much to ask, so if anything, could you please provide alternate costumes (such as different Saiyan armor) instead of just color swapping?

11. And last but not least, Golden Oozaru forms for GT Goku & GT Vegeta.

I realize that there are limits on disc space or memory when making these games, but hopefully with the New Generation consoles, Atari will be able to fulfill the wishes of it's gamers. Thanks for reading!

Well somethings I wanted to be added in PS3

1. I hope that you can play 4 players at the same time like playstation dragonball legends.

2. Like budokai 2 on snes (super nintendo) If someone smash you to the ground that there will be a hole (Cratter) and that it will be there till the game end.

3. keep all the T3 characters and put some good characters not characters like kiwi or freeza soldiers. Teen chichi is importer than freeza soldiers. GT Vegeta is importer.

4. I would like to have Trunks from bojack movie especially his outfit.

5. Please put online feature for ps2 or ps3. Make a WORLD TOURNAMENT or something.

6. Orginal dragonball japanese music for Europe and US. I dont care if you make a option for that like the voice or not, but just put those music in. Like the japanese sparking game DRAGONBALL HIS ORGINAL OWN JAPANESE ANIME MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. Some what if story like if Vegeta was earlier super saiyan then goku what will happen then.

8. Japanese voice have to stay in.

9. An other idea is like HYPER DEMANSION. Super nintendo. I dont care the wall in the game the big arena. But if someone smash you hardly to the wall I hope it will be like Hyper demansion. you will go to an other arena to fight. That way will make it cool.

10. I hope using a button instead of using rotate with beamstruggle.

11. other is if someone use a ultimate attack you can block it like budokai 3

12. I would like to have those dragon rush like budokai 3 in. where you can block or get kicked further.

13. Some names hmmmm for next gen. hmmmm. Dragonball Ultimate collection or Dragonballz ultimate battle or dragonball forever. or Dragonballz legends of Saiyans. Oh well I think you will have better names by then.

14. I hope you can teleport more in fight not only 1 or 2 times. It can be more in Sparkingmode but why not more in normal mode. punching the character like pingpong also ofcourse the enemy can counter and pingpong you too.

15. Just keep the dragonball games comming. This anime is still good in the market.

16. Please don't make a dragonball card game.

17. Make as many dragonball game for PS3. The power and graphic are so powerfull. Make the game use this option.

Hey everyone, we now have 70 to 80 days left before the release of DBZBT3. Which means, we still have just about 3-4 weeks left to input our ideas in the game for the producers to hear us out. But first, with respect for the forum, I would like to input 2 ideas that I had thought of last night.

Idea 1.

(you can copy and paste it on your URL) This picture here is called the "Z Counter" everyone knows this. If you look at it closly, you can see that the energy bar only takes out a little when repeating this sequence over and over by pressing the O button (I i'm not sure though if it's the O button)

Now if it takes out this much amount of energy, the first thing that will go through your head is that you can keep pressing " O Button/ Z counter" over and over again until your energy bar depletes. Thus, this creates a game where a battle can be intense by the out come of Z Counter.

Now Here is my idea for Z counter. "If you can" continually press O over and over again, then how about press circle+D pad and make the fighter attack in a different way on your opponent while "Z counter" is still happening.

In other words, When you tap left O during Z counter, your fighter will appear on the left side of your opponent and try to Knock Him Out in a different way! Not to mention the opponent may do the same by pressing Right O or any direction before being hit and appears on the right side of the opponent. While Z counter is active you may press the dpad+O to hit in many ways in different ways over and over until your energy bar depletes, rather than what you see on the Z Counter Picture where we continually reappear behind our opponent over and over again.


Idea 2.

Finally They heard us and answered our concerns about the game DBZBT3.
But there was a problem that I had with the game. The problem was that when we had input a rush attack command such as Goku's " Meteor smash" or Bardock's " Final Avenger" or maybe Pikkon's " Burning Shot" these commands were to simple and to cheatful in a way. Why do I say cheatful? because I soon as you input one of those commands above the only thing your opponent can do is either

1. Dash away as far as he/she can.
2. Guard break it.
3. Dash right towards the fighter and engage in burst mode. (And hopfully you win the outcome)

AND this is where my idea 2 comes in as far as "Rush move command" goes. lets take goku's "Meteor smash" for an example. In short, before goku makes his last move or while dashing towards his opponent to make his last move (During METEOR SMASH) the oppoent should have an opportunity to have an "escape route" by having to press one button from the following 3: Triangle, X or Circle. Now the Cinematic of the " Rush move command" will still run the same way, it's only before the LAST hit where the opponent can make a difference and escape it, or fight it back.

Each button has a different cinematic if both are the same when pressed by both players

In short.
(((Rusher))) Before last hit of the Rusher (((Defender)))
You Opponent
O button O Button

Result: The Defender escapes the attack and is free from taking damage!
(In 2-3 different cinematic ways, if not than 2 maximum)

Triangle Triangle

Result: The defender fights back with hard hitting moves, thus, this results in failure to complete the rush move for yourself and your opponent will give you the "Business"
(In 2-3 different cinematic ways, if not than 2 maximum)

X (X marks the spot!) X


Result: your opponent breaks free before being by the rusher's last hit, and fights back with hard hitting moves only this time the opponent finishes it off with an energy blast attack.

(In 2-3 different cinematic ways, if not than 2 maximum)

Now, if Both buttons are pressed differently, than the rusher will finish his rush move as if nothing happened. (Saves a lot of memory)

In short,

(((Rusher))) Before last hit of the Rusher (((Defender)))
you Opponent
O X or Triangle

Result: The rusher will finish his rush move normally the way it's supposed to be finished without any interference from the opponent! thus, this creates an intense battle between both players and a complete finish of the rushers rush move command.


What I'm trying to say here peeps, is that when playing a fighting game in general there must be a battle sequence where both players can interact together by button pressing. Again, I say it's not all that fun when you do a rush move command on your opponent and than watch a 10-12 second cinematic watching you beat the living earth out of your him. To me, I thought of it as "Unfair" for my opponents, when I'm playing against someone in DBZBT2 or 1, I want to make sure that the fight is intense.

I don't want like:

1.Rush move
2.Watch a 10-12 second cinematic beating up your opponent
3. That's it, the rush move is finished.

NO!, there needs to be button related pressing for both players like I explained above!

Well, thanks everyone for your time, usually a lot of people will criticize or insult you with a reply back. But I know some of you out there are not like that though. There are only a selct few that have a kind heart and respect other peoples opinions and facts!

Hey peeps, I think Goku's kaioken is lacking a tad bit. I saw the video where he transforms into kaioken and was knocking piccolo from side to side. 2 things

@ 2:00 look at his hair and for a closer look- wait until 2:17 then you will see what I mean. (If atari can make all super saiyan hairs all "wavy like" in the game DBZBT3, then can definitely do the same with kaioken) it shouldn't be that hard to do either. (Video 1)

2. This is how it should be atari for Goku's kaioken special it's the same thing you all saw in the game only this time from 1:27-1:46 goku should add the kick in the game. You have to add the KICK atari. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIAeyEbEH6c (Video 2)

and if not then, from 2:17-2:24 on Video 2 that should be another Kaoken move!

and if that doesn't work, then from 2:52-3:30 on video 2 that should be one of Goku's ultimates for kaioken moves!!


See atari, the ideas that i'm giving you should not be this hard. creating these moves and inputting them in the game! what is so hard????

how about this:
in a rush there are buttons that randomly flash like Square/Triangle/Circle etc... they go fast but if you press them at the right moment you will block that particualar puch/kick changing the outcome of a rush

i think they should improve the invisible shockwave, meaning make it stronger and have each character do it the way they do it in the anime, the kiai cannon. i also want all the kais and supreme kais, and i also think that all characters should perform the kiai cannon like each character did it in the show like the kai did his and ssj3 goku did to buu, meaning they should have their anime stance when doing the kiai cannon

Hi there everyone! Here are my suggestion for the next Dragon Ball Z! Game!

-In the next dbz game you guys should really consider making transformations make more of a difference in battle. I admit, the transformations in this game are REALLY dramatic and cool!

But, the thing is, you guys need to make them count more as a transformation instead of a power-up. For example, when Goku goes Super Saiyan in the anime, that really does make a difference and it shows too. His speed, health, stamina, strength improve. In the next game i'm hopeing to see the speed of the characters improve with transformations, as well as the strength.

Like, Base Goku's punches should be maybe about 55 damage tops. Thats late Goku too. Mid Goku's Punches should do about 40 damage per hit tops.

And Early goku's punches should do about 35 damage per hit tops.

SSJ Mid Goku's punches should do about 95 damage per hits tops.

SSJ Late Goku's punches should do about 120 damage tops.

SSJ2 Goku's punches should do about 150 damage per hit tops.

SSJ3 Adult Goku's punches should do about 205 damage tops.

Are you starting to get the picture now guys?

GT Base Goku should do about 100 damage per hit tops. Since GT Base Goku >>>>>>> Z Base Goku.

SSJ GT Goku's punches should do about 170 damage tops per hit.

SSJ3 GT Goku's punches should do about 210 damage per hit tops.

And SSJ4 Goku's punches should do about 300 damage per hit tops.

See what I mean when I say transformations should make a difference in battle? Thats just a strength example. I hope you guys get the idea though.

Now, off to my other ideas.

-Health Bars. The Health Bars definitely need to be a little longer, and there should be more of them. Mainly because to make things fair for characters in battle. You guys see my transformation example above? If you guys keep the health bars as they are now, with SSJ4 Goku's punches doing 300 each tops per hit, the health bars would go down in no time.

But, if you guys make the health bars a bit longer, and add maybe 5 extra health bars than this problem will be resolved easily

Also, in story mode with battles like Vegito Vs Buuhan, Vegito's health Bar should be like a 10 while Buuhan's should be like a 8.

And the damage buuhan does to Vegito should be pretty high to make things fair. That way it isn't an easy victory. I remember in Budokai 3 that fight was super hard on Z-3. With the health and all.

I hope you guys add a lot of health in this game.

-Difficulty. The difficulty in the next game should be like Budokai 3's difficulty. That was the best in Budokai 3. It was a real challenge on Z-3, I had a blast on it!

It's just way too easy in Tenkaichi 1 and Tenkaichi 2. The Cpu needs to be a lot harder! Maybe add a Z-4 if possible LOL. To make the story, battles, cpu, and ect... much harder!

-Attacks. There needs to be more attacks guys. Like, important people like Vegito, Vegeta, Cell, Nappa, Goku, Gohan, SSJ4 Gogeta, and ect.. should not be limited to only 3 attacks guys.

They should have about 5 or 6 attacks. Vegeta, Cell and Goku especially!

Because they used so many cool moves in the anime, that its just stupid that they're limited to only 3 attacks.

Vegeta [Base Cell Saga] needs to have all the moves he used on namek against the Ginyu Force, Dodoria, Zarbon, and Freeza.

Thats about 6-7 moves. There should be two ultimates for certain people like Vegeta, Goku, Vegito and ect....Goku Super Saiyan [mid] cannot only have the Angry Kamehameha as an ultimate...really guys.

He should also have the move he used to finish off Super-13 in movie 7.

Goku [Late] Super Saiyan needs to have a second ultimate too. The move he used to kill Broly in movie 8 will do. And be sure to add the dramatic effects and to show the energy being sent to him.

Vegeta [late] Base needs to have the move he used to kill Babiddi's first minion Pui Pui, on the spaceship as an ultimate move. That move was really unique, and cool to watch!

Vegeta [Late] Super saiyan needs to have those red blasts he used ono Buuhan in the anime as an ultimate. That move was badass and unique. And should definitely be in the next game if its not in this game right now.

Vegeta [Late] Super Saiyan 2 needs to have the "Final Meteor" as an ultimate. The move he used on Kid Buu to blow him to pieces after he told Goku he'll but him the one minute.

He should also have the Saiyan Prince Beat Down he used on kid buu with the wrestleing hands and stuff.

GT Vegeta needs to be in the game too. If hes not in Tenkaichi 3, he definitely needs to be in the next upcoming game.

His Base ultimate needs to be the move he used to kill nappa in the Super-17 Saga.

His Super Saiyan ultimate needs to be the one handed final shine he used on super-17.

his Super Saiyan 2 ultimate needs to be the move he used on omega when he thought goku died. Its in one of the last episodes of GT.

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta's ultimate needs to be the two handed final shine like in budokai 3.

He also needs to have the rapid fire he used on omega when omega was charging at him. I believe thats in episode 63.

SSJ4 Gogeta definitely needs to have the duplicates of himself as a real move. He played a joke on omega with it, but i'm really hopeing for that to be a real move with all those kamehamehas.

-Battle Damage. Now, Battle damage is excellent in Tenkaichi 3, but I think in this game it should be a little more dramatic and serious. Like, in the series, when someone would get blasted with an ultimate move like final flash or spirit bomb they would be really messed up!

I'm hopeing in this game the battle damage really does seem real with all the effects.

Destruction-Now, in Tenkaichi 1 and Tenkaichi 2 Destruction was horrible. I do not know about Tenkaichi 3 yet, but you guys really need to make the destruction in the areas much more dramatic!

Like, If Vegeta uses The Final Flash, and lets say were on an island. The Island should blow up, and the water should be splashing everywhere. With little rain drops coming down from the sky. Just like it happened in the episode when piccolo was trying to protect #17 from cell!

When piccolo shot that light grenade at cell, half of the island blew up, and the water was splashing everywhere, and little rain drops were coming down the impact was that strong!

I'm hopeing thats how it will be in this next game guys!

Gameplay-The gameplay in the first two tenkaichis was horrible. i do not know about Tenkaichi 3 yet, but judging from what i saw in the first two, it was horrible.

Gameplay needs a lot of work guys. i'm hopeing to see the gameplay be a lot like the anime this time around. Like, when you punch someone, you should be able to hear the crushing sound of the mouth, or wherever you hit them at.

Like, if you kick em in the gut, they should bend over and be holding they're stomach for a little while. Than that leaves the opening for you to attack them and mess them up!

The combos also need to be better. More like in the anime when people are attacking, thats how it should be.

Story-Now, in Tenkaichi 2, the story was ok. I do not know about tenkaichi 3 yet, but tenkaichi 3's story is looking really good. But, hopefuly, in this upcoming game, you guys really work on the story mode.

Like, try to make the story mode much longer. like, to get through story, it should take at least about a good 12-15 hours. Considering the fights, cutscenes, effects, and ect...

But I recommend the story to be about 20-40 hours long if possible. That way it takes us a long time to finish it. Plus, the difficulty should be great, like i mentioned in one of my frist ideas

That will keep us occupied for a long while.

Cutscenes-The cutscenes should definitely be like Budokai 1 cutscenes. Those cutscenes were the besT!! The most dramatic ones ever! I'm hopeing theres more cutscenes in this upcoming game, and that they are even better than Budokai 1's!!

Facial Expressions-The Facial Expressions really need to be upgraded a little bit. In Tenkaichi 3 they're definitely pretty good, but in this upcoming game I'm hopeing to see them more like the anime.

Like, if you get punched in the face, I want to see the person really Facially say "It hurts!!" LOL.

Mini-Games-There should definitely be a few mini games in this upcoming game guys! Like, in budokai 1, the best mini game was to hold Raditz in place for the special beam cannon! That was fun AND challengeing!!

Also, I would like to see a mini game of Goku trying to escape exploding Namek!! Like, if he doesn't make it to the ship in time, make the planet explode!!

And I hope to see the lightning effects and volcanoes errupting like mad and everything!!

I'm hopeing to see a return of them in this upcoming game if Tenkaichi 3 already doesn't have them.

Special Effects-After a finishing move is down, I want to see some REALLY NICE explosions! Like in the anime, when a galick gun is done the sky gets dark, lightning starts coming around, and everything!

I hope you guys add those special effects in this upcoming game!

Whether-I hope to see some different whether in certain areas in this upcoming game! Like, lets say were in the Icy Mountains area, I hope we get to see it snowing! And I hope the whether actually effects the outcome of the battle!

Like, if its snowing really hard, make it very hard to walk and run, and make the characters slip a little bit if bad enough!

That way, your forced to take a sky battle with the opponent!

And, if its raining, make it thunderstorm! And make it REALLY dramatic!

You get it guys?



Ok Atari, this is a lot of my ideas over here! I took a LOT out of my time to write this! So I really hope you guys consider some of these ideas over here!
