Collector mansion door bug

[Genyen65]

I have accepted the Collector quest for Neeshka and while in Black lake in Act2 decided to try it after completing Crypt Quest and Imp release, and undercover quest with City watch but before reporting back to Capt. for reward and also not taken squire position yet. Problem no matter what I do reload, reboot, and try a new saved game slot in Black Lake i can not open the Collector's door says a specific key is required to open no matter who I have try to pick lock. No trigger for her to advance her quest Greatest Thief ever and no posts that i have seen in forums with it least Atari ones. Following is System specs from DX diag file.

Ok initial post with specs was too long to add that i did not go directly to Black Lake after getting the Neverwinter's Greatest Thief.
I had some other quests in the other 2 districts, and rescuing Shandra nd taking her solo to get portrait done, before going to black lake to do the quests there before starting in with the squire portion and trial.
I have the quest listed in journal and looking on net found some information saying to pick the lock and enter but you can not pick the lock on the door no matter what character you use and Neeska will not say anything when you try to Use the door to get mesage it is locked, and fail to pick it and get message a special key is needed to open this door.
The other thing about Neeska is even if you have a higher lock pick skill than Neeska it will say success never possible yet she can with half your skill level pick most every impossible lock.
So why can she not pick the lock to the door you have a quest for her to do, and or where is the special key it says you need to open Collector's mansion door with? Just frustrating losing days of playing time to be unable to complete the quest(even though it is optional). I already had to delete and start a new game to alot of bugs stopping a story line NPC not talk when should,NPC companion not advancing a set of dialogues as intended. I did not write the others down , and do not recall who it was or when it happened since i had to un install and re install NWN2 couple times do to updates corrupting a file or two but not able to track what file after fact .

Here's the problem, the Collector's mansion is actually right across the street from where the dot appears on the mini map. There's nothing on the other side of the door you are trying to open.

Go across the street and there is another mansion kiddy corner to the graveyard. That's where you need to go. Neeshka can pick that lock, and then you're all set. Hope this helps.

Ok will try and see if it helped not able to play right now to test but thanks for reply will post again if i still have problems, otherwise if not see a reply then it worked. Happy hollidays and thanks again for reply.
